Payment networks, processors, and payment service providers can evaluate Radius as an engine for payments initiated by agents and applications. Start with how a merchant accepts payment and how your platform records and reconciles the result.

## Example payment flow

A merchant offers a paid data API through your platform. Its customer authorizes a machine-initiated payment, the merchant receives the proceeds, and your platform associates the payment with the merchant account.

## Plan your integration

* Assign responsibility for merchant onboarding, authorization, signing, and payment execution.
* Define account ownership and how payer and recipient identities map to your existing records.
* Specify reconciliation fields, settlement status, exceptions, and any refund process.
* Confirm supported assets, funding and withdrawal routes, limits, and operational responsibilities.
