CDNs and edge platforms

For a CDN or edge platform, Radius offers a payment integration to evaluate alongside request routing and access control. A customer can define a price for an API response or content resource, while an edge handler checks payment before serving it.

Example payment flow

A data provider publishes a paid endpoint behind your edge service. An agent requests a result, receives payment requirements, pays, and receives the result after settlement.

Plan your integration

• Decide whether payment is enforced at the edge or the origin, including how direct origin access is controlled.
• Define how cached resources remain subject to payment and how access is scoped to the buyer.
• Separate customer configuration, recipient wallets, and payment records.
• Measure the added request latency and define behavior during payment-service failures.

Evaluate with Radius

Accept payments builds a paid Cloudflare Worker endpoint. Use it to evaluate one endpoint before expanding to platform-wide merchant configuration.
